1. Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, business email, account type and authentication records
  • Company or professional profile information, contact details, classifications, images and verification documents
  • Listings, opportunities, offers, events, inquiries, messages, reports and other content you submit
  • Device, IP, approximate country, session, security and usage information
  • Payment and promotion records supplied by payment providers; Enaivom does not need to store full card numbers

2. How we use information

  • Operate, secure and personalize the platform
  • Match members, content, industries and opportunities
  • Deliver communications requested by you and enforce communication preferences
  • Process verification, moderation, abuse reports, payments and promotions
  • Measure performance, prevent fraud and improve services
  • Comply with applicable law and protect members, Enaivom and the public

3. Visibility and sharing

Profile and published business information may be visible to other members or the public according to product settings. We may share necessary data with hosting, email, storage, analytics, security, moderation and payment providers acting for Enaivom. We may also disclose information where legally required, to address abuse or during a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information as a data broker.

4. International processing

Enaivom is designed for international use. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, Enaivom will use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal purposes. Retention periods vary by record type. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Update profile and communication preferences
  • Request access, correction, export or deletion where applicable
  • Withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where local law provides that right
  • Complain to an applicable data-protection authority

7. Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Enaivom is intended for business users who are legally able to enter binding agreements and is not directed to children.

8. Updates and contact
