1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have legal capacity to use Enaivom for business purposes. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the current Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and company teams
- Provide accurate and current information
- Protect passwords, MFA codes and account access
- Use company invitations only for authorized colleagues
- Notify Enaivom promptly about suspected unauthorized access
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law
3. Platform role and transactions
Enaivom enables discovery and communication but is not the buyer, seller, employer, broker, investor, event organizer or contracting party merely because content appears on the platform. Members must perform their own legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence and document their agreements.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful content
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent authority, qualifications, verification or commercial terms
- Do not send spam, scrape the service, evade controls, distribute malware or interfere with platform operation
- Do not infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights
- Do not use automated systems except through expressly authorized interfaces
5. Member content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Enaivom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, promote and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for your content.
6. Verification, moderation and enforcement
Verification is limited to the checks described and is not an endorsement or guarantee. Enaivom may use automated and human review, restrict visibility, request information, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users or comply with law. Members may report suspected abuse.
7. Paid services
Prices, taxes, duration, renewal and refund conditions for promotions or other paid services will be shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers may apply additional terms. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, consumed promotional delivery is not refundable merely because it did not produce a desired commercial result.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Enaivom disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific matches, transaction outcomes, member conduct or the accuracy of member-provided content.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enaivom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between members. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes, termination and contact
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Enaivom may update these Terms with a new version and effective date and may request renewed acceptance for material changes. Questions can be sent to info@enaivom.com. Final governing-law and dispute provisions will identify the Enaivom contracting entity before public launch.
